From the initial appraisal, to preparation of high quality property particulars, and negotiating and monitoring sales, owners can be sure they will receive our full attention.

Buyers can be assured we will listen carefully to what their requirements are in order to be able to match them with appropriate properties for sale, and then monitor progress of sales closely to ensure a successful result.

Our properties feature on various websites and we place regular full page colour advertisements in the local press. The company is owned and managed by Mrs Margaret Annable M.N.A.E.A., ably assisted by Miss Clare Grice M.N.A.E.A. and Mrs Elizabeth Pegg.
